The Pines at Rutland was designated by the state of Vermont as one of the top five skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in 2015. The “Nursing Home Quality Award – 2015” was presented to The Pines at Rutland, based on our CMS Star rating, customer satisfaction survey results, participation in “The Advancing Excellence Campaign” and successful state survey results (preferably deficiency-free).

As you can tell, The Pines at Rutland Center for Health & Rehabilitation prides itself on our customer service and maintains a  commitment to the highest level of quality care, a focus on customer service, while providing a nurturing environment for both patients and families. We are very proud of our customer service results obtained by an independent company, Pinnacle Quality Insights. We are pleased to have received their “Customer Experience Award” in 2015, 2016, and in 2018 demonstrating our center’s commitment to the “Four Pillars” of our mission statement: Kindness, Compassion, Service and Excellence. 

U.S. News & World Report has named The Pines at Rutland Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation as one of its “Best Nursing Homes” for 2013, 2014, 2015, and again for the 2016-17 year!
